Alejandro Associates LLC Case Study · Website Transformation

From dated to demonstrably better.

A complete digital rebuild for Alejandro Associates LLC, Danilo Williams’ bilingual insurance practice. We took the agency’s existing website and rebuilt it end to end - a real English and Spanish site, a lead system that never loses a message, and the credentials search engines and AI assistants can actually read.

The Challenge

Danilo built a real client base.
His website wasn’t showing it.

Before a pixel changed, we went through the old site page by page. Six things stood between the practice and the families searching for bilingual insurance help.

Dated visual experience

A generic stock photo hero and trust counters that displayed as literal zeros to every visitor - not a good first impression for an insurance broker.

Fragmented contact paths

Five separate, overlapping form pages and no database behind any of them - a lead had nowhere safe to land if an email notification failed.

Spanish as an afterthought

One untranslated Spanish form page, not a parallel site - for a bilingual practice, that’s most of the potential client base underserved.

Credentials nowhere to be found

No NPN, no license status, no mention of the states Danilo is actually licensed in - facts that build trust with an insurance client.

Search visibility gaps

The hidden layer search engines read never said “insurance agency” - no license credential, no FAQ marked up as data.

Not built for AI search

A bare, auto-generated llms.txt with a single sitemap link, no named AI-crawler allowlist, no markdown mirrors - so AI assistants answering insurance questions had nothing built for them to read.

The Audit

Before we touched a pixel, we measured.

We saved a copy of the old site and audited it - and we’ll tell you what it did right, too. Here is the honest scorecard, before versus now.

Area
Before
Now
Tells Google it’s an insurance agency
Generic Organization label only - no NPN, no Person schema
InsuranceAgency & Person schema, NPN, address, credential
Real bilingual site
One untranslated Spanish page, no hreflang anywhere
All 22 pages in English and Spanish, hreflang on every URL
Questions AI can quote
3 plain-text questions, no structured markup
75 Q&A pairs across 12 pages, marked up as FAQPage data
Contact & quote paths
5 overlapping form URLs, no database behind any of them
9-gate validation, 1 CRM pipeline across 5 forms - nothing depends on a single service staying up
Trust stats shown to visitors
Every homepage stat literally displays “0” - a broken counter widget
Real, checkable numbers: 20+ years, 50 states, 100% bilingual
Unsubstantiated claims
“99% Approval Rate” on the homepage, no source given
Zero unverifiable stats - only what a visitor can check
Homepage code weight
222 KB of HTML
63 KB - about 3.5× lighter
Photos described for Google
4 of 6 homepage images had alt text (67%)
100% of images described, independently spot-checked
Built for AI answer engines
Auto-generated llms.txt stub only, no named AI-crawler allowlist
llms.txt, 22 markdown mirrors, 40+ named AI crawlers allowed
Video on the homepage
Present - credit where due (one clip served over insecure http)
Real client footage, delivered securely with poster fallbacks
Canonical URLs, sitemap, robots
Present - platform defaults, credit where due
Rebuilt clean, with hreflang alternates on every entry

Every row above was checked on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day. Where the old site already did something right - a working sitemap, present meta tags, even background video - the table says so.

The Contact Form

It looks like a contact form. It isn’t just one.

Danilo asked us to point this out specifically, and it earns the attention. Five different forms - Contact, ACA, Medicare, Life & Annuity, and a 9-question ACA enrollment check-in - all run through nine layered checks before a submission reaches his CRM, with a fallback net that catches anything the CRM misses.

Before

  • 5 separate form URLs
  • No database behind any of them
  • No admin view of submissions
  • Spanish version untranslated

Now

  • 5 purpose-built forms, 1 pipeline
  • A CRM is the system of record, not an inbox
  • A CRM outage auto-saves the lead and alerts the office
  • Every form works in English and Spanish
Never loses a lead

If the push to the CRM ever fails, the submission is saved to a fallback database and the office gets an alert email to fix it - the visitor still sees success either way.

Built-in spam trap

A hidden field silently catches bots. A real spam submission looks successful to the bot and gets dropped - no back-and-forth, no inbox clutter.

Real bot verification

Every submission is checked server-side by Cloudflare Turnstile before it’s accepted - a scripted request with no token is rejected outright, not just hidden with CSS.

Real e-signature consent

The ACA enrollment check-in captures a typed-name consent record built to the same standard the federal Marketplace requires for enrollment help.

Works in both languages

Every one of the 5 forms, and the site around them, works the same in English and Spanish - not a separate, lesser version.

Tagged and logged automatically

Every lead is synced into Danilo’s CRM with the right tag and a note attached - he doesn’t have to sort out which of the 5 forms it came from by hand.

Missing consent blockedBad request rejectedCross-origin request blockedSpam silently dropped

Every one of those cases was tested against the live system, not assumed from the code. A fully valid submission needs a real Turnstile pass from a real browser, so it can’t be faked from a script - which we confirmed by trying, and getting rejected.

Mobile First

For most families, the first look
happens on a phone.

So the redesign was built for the phone first. Both screens below are the real sites, loaded live at phone size - drag to reveal, or open either full site to scroll it yourself.

BEFORE - LIVE, SCROLLS FREELY
AFTER - LIVE, SCROLLS FREELY
Zero horizontal overflowNav collapses to one tapEvery form usable by touchFull page scrolls freely

The new site was checked at 8 real screen widths from 320px to 1920px with zero horizontal overflow at any of them - and the full page scrolls normally on a real phone, not just inside this mockup.

The Scope

This wasn’t a new coat of paint.

Here is what was actually delivered inside the 24 hours.

Complete redesign

All 22 pages designed around the practice - 9 of them dedicated insurance-product pages, each with its own FAQ and lead form.

A real Spanish site

1,320 translated strings, hreflang on every URL, and a build gate that refuses to ship a page with an untranslated string.

CRM-integrated lead system

5 native forms behind nine layers of bot and spam protection, syncing straight into Danilo’s CRM - with a database fallback and an alert email if that connection ever goes down.

Custom mobile experience

Layouts tuned separately for small screens, checked at 8 real widths with zero horizontal overflow.

Compliance language added

A Medicare TPMO disclaimer, an ACA non-affiliation disclaimer, and a real privacy policy - none of which existed before.

Technical SEO foundation

Titles, descriptions, headings, canonicals, sitemap and robots directives on every page, in both languages.

Local & license structure

Business type, NPN, address and license coverage written in the format Google reads.

AI-readable answers

75 FAQ answers plus an llms.txt entity summary, structured so assistants can quote them.

Built for the Actual Business

One advisor. Every reason to call.

Instead of one page listing every product, the new site gives each line of business its own place to sell itself. Tap any of them to compare that page, before and after.

Each card above is a real page on the new site, with its own content and its own path to a quote.

The Math

What would a project like this
normally require?

Published 2026 industry pricing puts a starter independent-agent build like this at $5,000 to $15,000, on a timeline as short as 8 weeks for a simple site - and a bilingual build with a custom lead system usually costs more on top of that.
