Case Study · Website Transformation
A complete rebuild for Celestial Wealth Solutions, an independent insurance and financial services agency in Fremont, California. We took a single scrolling homepage and turned it into a real, multi-page practice site - without changing who Zeena and Geancarlo are.
Before a pixel changed, we went through the old site page by page. Six things stood between the agency and the families and recruits looking for it.
The site looked like a generic recruiting template, not a licensed financial practice with two named advisors behind it.
Important information and next steps weren’t presented optimally for the phone, where a first look usually happens.
Every nav link - Join Our Team, Practice Areas, Contact - pointed back to the same homepage. There was nowhere to go deeper.
Retirement, life insurance and tax strategy each got one line next to four other services - and annuities weren’t mentioned at all.
The hidden layer search engines read never said what kind of business this is - no financial-service type, no named advisors.
No FAQ page and nothing in a form AI assistants could quote when someone asked about retirement planning in Fremont.
We saved a copy of the old site and audited it - and we’ll tell you what it did right, too. Here is the honest scorecard, old versus new.
Every row above was checked on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day. Where the old site already did something right - page titles, canonical tags, a working click-to-call number - the table says so.
The left side is Celestial Wealth’s current live website. The right side is a same-day copy of the real redesigned page - the new site’s own security settings currently block it from being framed live, so we captured it fresh instead. Judge the transformation yourself.
The homepage. Every page below got the same treatment - tap any page to compare it full screen.
Tap a page to open the full-screen comparison and drag to reveal.
So we checked the phone experience directly. Both screens below are same-day captures of the real pages at iPhone size.

On the new site, every action above is one tap from any page - a real phone number that dials, and a booking link that doesn’t exist anywhere on the old site.
Anyone can make a website prettier. The layer underneath - the one Google, Siri and ChatGPT actually read - is where this redesign does its quietest work.
What most businesses have and never know it
What we give every client
We didn’t just redesign what people see.
We rebuilt what Google and AI systems see too.
Every figure above was counted on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day. We don’t promise rankings - nobody honestly can. We build sites that search engines and AI assistants can actually read, which is what rankings are built on.
Here is what was actually delivered.
All 27 pages designed around the agency’s own brand - not a template with new colors.
Layouts tuned separately for small screens, where first impressions are usually made.
Book a Strategy Session, call and a clear recruiting path - positioned on every page.
Retirement income, life insurance gap, legacy planning and more - real interactive tools, not just copy.
9 licensed professionals, each with a direct phone line and a name to ask for.
Titles, descriptions, canonicals, a working sitemap and robots directives on every page.
Business type and address written in the format Google reads, plus a dedicated Fremont, CA page.
A structured FAQ page and an llms.txt file naming the AI crawlers allowed to read it.
Instead of one page trying to sell everything, the new site gives each part of the business its own place. Tap any of them to compare that page, before and after.
Each card above is a real page on the new site, with its own content and its own path to book or apply.
No made-up traffic charts. Just what is finished, checked and waiting for the go-ahead.
