Case Study · Website Transformation
A complete digital transformation for Leveraged Investments. We took David Robertson’s website-building business and rebuilt it as the foundation for something bigger: a subscription growth platform for business owners, with a dedicated division for remodeling and renovation contractors.
Before a pixel changed, we went through the old site page by page. Six things stood between the business and the owners it was trying to reach.
A phone number and mailto links lived in the footer, but there was no /contact page, no booking flow - nothing built to convert a visitor into a call.
Pricing was built around single $500-$1,000 website purchases - nothing designed to keep the business owner around after the invoice cleared.
4 of 5 pages had no JSON-LD at all; only the retired Business Capital page carried a single Service block.
No llms.txt, no robots.txt, no sitemap - an AI assistant researching growth tools had nothing to read.
The same homepage pitched website builds and business financing to every visitor alike - no page spoke specifically to a remodeling contractor.
David Robertson was named in the footer text, but never declared as a structured Person entity - no schema linked him to the business.
We saved a copy of the old site and audited it - and we’ll tell you what it did right, too. Here is the honest scorecard, old versus new.
Every row above was checked on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day (2026-09-01). Where the old site already did something right - page titles, meta descriptions, Open Graph tags - the table says so.
The left side is Leveraged Investments’ old website. The right side is the redesign, live right now. These are the real sites, not screenshots - judge the transformation yourself.
The homepage. Every page got the same treatment - tap any page below to compare it full screen.
Tap a page to open the full-screen comparison - live sites, drag to reveal. Pages that didn’t exist before, and one that was retired, are marked below.
So the redesign was built for the phone first. The left screen is a same-day capture of the old site at iPhone size. The right screen is the new site itself, loaded live at phone size.

On the new site, every action above is one tap from the homepage - a phone number that dials, and buttons that jump straight to the platform, pricing or a free systems audit.
Anyone can make a website prettier. The layer underneath - the one Google, Siri and ChatGPT actually read - is where this redesign does its quietest work.
What most businesses have and never know it
What we give every client
We didn’t just redesign what visitors see.
We gave Google and AI assistants something to read for the first time.
Every figure above was counted on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day. We don’t promise rankings - nobody honestly can. We build sites that search engines and AI assistants can actually read, which is what rankings are built on.
Here is what was actually delivered inside the 48 hours.
All 10 pages designed around the new subscription offer - not a template with new colors.
A parallel set of pages, themed and messaged specifically for remodeling and renovation businesses.
Call, email and booking paths in one place, replacing footer-only contact info.
Organization, WebSite, Service, WebPage, Person and FAQPage schema - none of it existed before.
A full llms.txt manifest plus 8 quotable FAQ answers.
Canonical tags, sitemap, robots.txt, unique titles and descriptions on every page.
David Robertson declared as a real Person entity, not just a name in a copyright line.
Every page rebuilt to read cleanly on a phone, not a shrunk desktop layout.
Instead of one page trying to speak to every visitor, the new site gives each audience its own place to start. Tap any of them to compare that page, before and after.
Each card above is a real page on the new site, with its own content and its own path to book.
No made-up traffic charts. Just what is finished, checked and waiting for the go-ahead.

This build combined a full visual redesign with a full repositioning of the business’s offer - new pages, new structured data, a new contractor vertical. Most builds are narrower in scope and priced accordingly.
