Case Study · Website Transformation
A complete rebuild for Mike Ritrovato, a retired Marine Corps Master Sergeant and Compass REALTOR serving Burleson and Fort Worth. We took a generic real-estate-portal template and rebuilt the entire experience around Mike himself - his service, his listings, his reviews.
Before a pixel changed, we went through the old site page by page. Six things stood between Mike and the buyers, sellers and veterans looking for him.
The old site sold “Living In Burleson Texas Team” - a generic team name - instead of Mike, the retired Marine buyers and sellers were actually going to work with.
Twenty-two years in the Marine Corps and VA loan expertise - the two biggest reasons a veteran family would trust him - weren’t mentioned anywhere above the fold.
Reviews existed on Zillow and Homes.com, but none were published on the site itself where a visitor could actually read them.
Property pages leaned entirely on the raw IDX feed - no photo tour, no walkthrough video, no reason to pick Mike over the listing agent link.
The hidden layer search engines read never declared a REALTOR or local business - generic Organization and listing-feed data only.
No llms.txt, no AI-crawler policy, and answers weren’t structured for an assistant to quote accurately.
We saved a copy of the old site and audited it - and we’ll tell you what it did right, too. Here is the honest scorecard, old versus new.
Every row above was checked on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day. Where the old site already did something right - a sitemap, page titles, even an FAQPage schema block - the table says so.
The left side is a same-day capture of Mike’s old website - its platform blocks live embedding, so this is the honest fallback. The right side is the actual redesign, loaded live right now. Judge the transformation yourself.
The homepage. Four more pages got the same treatment - tap any page below to compare it full screen.
Tap a page to open the full-screen comparison - the old page as a same-day capture, the new page live, drag to reveal.
No before/after here - the old site never had these. Tap to see them live.
So the redesign was built for the phone first. The left screen is a same-day capture of the old site, rendered at a real 375px mobile viewport, not just a resized desktop page. The right screen is a same-day capture of the new site, at the same phone size.

On the new site, every action above is one tap from any page - a phone number that dials, a text link pre-filled, and a booking link straight to Mike’s calendar.
Anyone can make a website prettier. The layer underneath - the one Google, Siri and ChatGPT actually read - is where this redesign does its quietest work.
What most agent sites have and never know it
What we give every client
We didn’t just redesign what people see.
We rebuilt what Google and AI systems see too.
Every figure above was counted on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day. We don’t promise rankings - nobody honestly can. We build sites that search engines and AI assistants can actually read, which is what rankings are built on.
Here is what was actually delivered inside 24 hours.
All 56 pages designed around Mike, not a stock team template with new colors.
Layouts tuned separately for small screens, where first impressions are usually made.
Text, call, book a call and get a home value - positioned on every page.
Featured listings and individual listing pages built to tell each home’s story.
Dedicated pages for the DFW-area cities Mike actually serves.
Titles, descriptions, headings, canonicals, sitemap and robots directives on every page.
Agent, business and service-area data written in the format Google reads.
Reviews, FAQ and an AI briefing file structured so assistants can quote them.
Instead of treating Mike like an interchangeable team member, the new site gives each part of his business its own place to sell itself. Tap any page below to view it live.
Each card above is a real, live page on the new site - not a mockup.
No made-up traffic charts. Just what is finished, checked and already live at liveinburlesontx.com.
