Case Study · Website Transformation
A complete digital transformation for Loyalty Residence Care, a Durham, NC home care agency. We took the agency’s existing website and rebuilt the entire experience from the ground up - real footage of real care, eleven services families can actually find, and ten North Carolina communities finally named on the page.
Before a pixel changed, we went through the old site page by page. Six things stood between the agency and the families searching for it.
All 9 individual care-service pages ran licensed Getty Images stock photography, each filed under its own Getty stock number - 3 of those exact photos were reused on two different service pages each - nothing that showed the real team or the real home.
A family choosing in-home care never saw a caregiver, a room or a moment of actual care - just text and photos.
Nothing on the site named Durham, Raleigh or any of the towns the agency actually serves - a family searching “home care near me” had no way to know.
Parkinson’s care and transitional (hospital-to-home) care are common searches with no page on the old site to answer them.
The hidden layer search engines read never said “home care agency” - no business type, no service list, no coverage area.
Services and coverage weren’t in a form AI assistants can read, so they had little to work with when a family asked for help finding care.
We saved a copy of the old site and audited it - and we’ll tell you what it did right, too. Here is the honest scorecard, old versus new.
Every row above was checked on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day. Where the old site already did something right - page titles, descriptions, a working sitemap - the table says so.
The left side is Loyalty Residence Care’s old website. The right side is the redesign, live right now. These are the real sites, not screenshots - judge the transformation yourself.
The homepage. Every page got the same treatment - tap any page below to compare it full screen.

Every one of the old site’s 9 care-service pages ran licensed Getty Images stock photography - each filed under its own Getty stock number, and 3 of those exact photos reused on two different service pages. The new site replaces them with 13 real video scenes filmed for this agency. Drag the example, then tap any picture to see its transformation.
watch it come alive The homepage hero. Left: the old stock photo. Right: real, filmed footage.
So the redesign was built for the phone first. The left screen is a same-day capture of the old site at iPhone size. The right screen is the new site itself, loaded live at phone size.

On the new site, every action above is one tap from any page - a phone number that dials, and a free-assessment form that doesn’t make a family hunt for it.
Anyone can make a website warmer. The layer underneath - the one Google, Siri and ChatGPT actually read - is where this redesign does its quietest work.
What most businesses have and never know it
What we give every client
We didn’t just redesign what families see.
We rebuilt what Google and AI systems see too.
Every figure above was counted on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day. We don’t promise rankings - nobody honestly can. We build sites that search engines and AI assistants can actually read, which is what rankings are built on.
Here is what was actually delivered inside the 24 hours.
All 17 pages designed around the agency, its services and its community - not a template with new colors.
Layouts tuned separately for small screens, where a stressed family usually looks first.
A free assessment, call and service info - positioned on every page.
13 real video scenes across nearly every page, encoded as 52 files for fast loading on desktop and mobile.
10 North Carolina communities named and structured, where the old site named none.
Parkinson’s care and transitional care, built where the old site had no page at all.
Titles, descriptions, headings, canonicals, sitemap and robots directives on every page.
Services, coverage and a 56-question FAQ structured so assistants can quote them.
Instead of treating Loyalty Residence Care like a generic care provider, the new site gives each service its own place to explain itself. Tap any of them to compare that page, before and after.
Each card above is a real page on the new site, with its own content and its own path to a free assessment.
No made-up traffic charts. Just what is finished, checked and waiting for the go-ahead.
