Case Study · Website Transformation
A complete website redesign for Never Wash Again, a cleaning and laundry company in Grand Prairie, Texas. We took the business’s existing website and rebuilt the entire experience from the ground up in six hours - same services, same prices, same phone number, a completely different website.
Before a pixel changed, we went through the old site page by page. Six things stood between the business and the customers looking for it.
A free-plan Wix template with placeholder layout choices, not a design built around this business.
Only the Laundry Services page showed a real price. Deep Cleaning, Standard Cleaning, Move In/Out and the rest asked visitors to inquire first.
The hidden layer search engines read declared nothing but a generic website - no business type, no services, no address, no FAQ.
0 structured questions and answers anywhere on the site, so an assistant asked about pricing or services had nothing to quote.
The site’s own robots.txt points crawlers to a sitemap.xml that doesn’t exist.
The Laundry Services page still carries the Wix placeholder text: “This is the space to introduce visitors to the business or brand.”
We saved a copy of the old site and audited it - and we’ll tell you what it did right, too. Here is the honest scorecard, old versus new, across the 8 matching pages on both sites.
Every row above was checked on saved or live copies of both sites, captured the same day. Where the old site already did something right - page titles, descriptions and a real booking widget on the laundry page - the table says so. Neither site publishes review schema or structured opening hours (the client asked that hours be left out for now), so neither is counted as a win here.
The left side is Never Wash Again’s old website. The right side is the redesign, live right now. These are the real sites, not screenshots - judge the transformation yourself.
The homepage. Every page got the same treatment - tap any page below to compare it full screen.
Tap a page to open the full-screen comparison - live sites, drag to reveal.
So the redesign was built for the phone first. The left screen is a same-day capture of the old site at iPhone size. The right screen is the new site itself, loaded live at phone size.

On the new site, calling is one tap from every page in the audited set, and the consultation form is never more than a scroll away.
Anyone can make a website prettier. The layer underneath - the one Google, Siri and ChatGPT actually read - is where this redesign does its quietest work.
What most businesses have and never know it
What we give every client
We didn’t just redesign what people see.
We rebuilt what Google and AI systems see too.
Every figure above was counted on saved or live copies of both sites, captured the same day. We don’t promise rankings - nobody honestly can. We build sites that search engines and AI assistants can actually read, which is what rankings are built on.
Here is what was actually delivered inside the 6 hours.
All 8 core pages designed around the business - not a template with new colors.
Layouts tuned separately for small screens, where first impressions are usually made.
Real starting prices stated on 7 of 8 pages, instead of 1 of 8.
A consultation-request form asking for exactly what’s needed, on every service page.
BBB rating claim, founding year, ownership and SAM.gov status, all stated up front.
Titles, descriptions, headings, canonicals, a working sitemap and robots directives on every page.
Business type, address, founding date and service catalog written in the format Google reads.
36 structured questions and answers so assistants can quote pricing and process correctly.
Instead of treating Never Wash Again like a generic cleaning company, the new site gives each service its own place to state what it costs and how to get it. Tap any of them to compare that page, before and after.
Each card above is a real page on the new site, with its own content and its own path to a quote.
No made-up traffic charts. Just what is finished, checked and waiting for the go-ahead.
