Case Study · Website Transformation
A complete digital transformation for JF Legendary Pathways. What was a five-page site with a generic bolt-on water page and zero way to call or text became a 15-page, English-and-Spanish site built around the three things the business actually does: protection, wealth, and funding.
Before a pixel changed, we went through the old site page by page. Six things stood between the business and the people looking for it.
Generic stock photography and a template look that could belong to any business - nothing on the page said who Fina Flores-Corchado actually was.
The About page’s team section overlapped its own button and left a blank gap on a phone - the layout that most visitors actually see.
No phone link, no text link, no email link anywhere on any of the six pages. The one button in the header led to a page recruiting people to become financial consultants, not to any action a client would take.
Water treatment is a real part of this business, but its page read like generic municipal-compliance boilerplate with no tie to the rest of the site, and still carried an unedited default page title.
Zero of six pages had a meta description. The hidden layer search engines read never said what kind of business this was - just a generic website label.
No FAQ answers in a form AI assistants can quote, and no llms.txt file - so an AI assistant asked what the business does had nothing to work with.
We saved a copy of the old site and audited it - and we’ll tell you what it did right, too. Here is the honest scorecard, old versus new.
Every row above was checked on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day. Where the old site already did something right - canonicals, sitemap, robots.txt - the table says so.
The left side is a same-day snapshot of JF Legendary Pathways’ old website - the old site blocks embedding, so we preserved an exact copy rather than skip the comparison. The right side is the redesign, on its own preview link right now. Judge the transformation yourself.
The homepage. Tap any page below to compare it full screen.
Tap an old page to see it beside its closest match on the new site - snapshot on the left, live site on the right, drag to reveal.
The old site never had a single video tag, on any page. The new homepage opens and closes on real, currently-live video. Drag the example, then tap the second pair to compare.
watch it come alive The Hero. Left: the old site's static stock photo. Right: the new homepage's real, live hero video.
So the redesign was built for the phone first. The left screen is a same-day capture of the old site at iPhone size - the About page's team section left a blank gap here. The right screen is the new site itself, loaded live at phone size - video playing.

On the new site, a real click-to-call/text phone number and a free-consultation booking button repeat at every scroll depth - a visitor is never more than one tap from reaching Fina, on desktop or on a phone.
Anyone can make a website prettier. The layer underneath - the one Google, Siri and ChatGPT actually read - is where this redesign does its quietest work.
What most businesses have and never know it
What we give every client
We didn’t just redesign what people see.
We rebuilt what Google and AI systems see too.
Every figure above was counted on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day. We don’t promise rankings - nobody honestly can. We build sites that search engines and AI assistants can actually read, which is what rankings are built on.
Here is what was actually delivered inside the 48 hours.
Five pages became fifteen real pages, one per service - not a template with new colors.
Every one of the 15 pages mirrored in Spanish, with correct hreflang tags linking each pair.
Built mobile-first, where the old site’s layout broke down the most.
Real click-to-call and click-to-text, plus a free-consultation booking flow, repeated throughout - not zero conversion links like the old site.
11 real video files, one per major page, in place of static stock photography - the old site had none.
Title, description, canonical, sitemap and robots directives, on all 15 pages.
Business type, service area, contact point and a named founder entity, written in the format Google reads.
An 8-question structured FAQ and an llms.txt file, so assistants have something to quote.
Instead of one page trying to cover everything at once, the new site sorts nine real services into three pathways a visitor can actually choose between - each with its own dedicated page.
Each of the nine services is a real, dedicated page on the new site. The old site never separated its services into pages at all - everything sat on one home page.
No made-up traffic charts. Just what is finished, checked and waiting for the go-ahead.
